15 हजार रुपये मानदेय पर 5034 अतिथि शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। सभी उम्मीदवार 13 दिसंबर से 22 दिसंबर तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन के पश्चात मेरिट के आधार पर चयनित उम्मीदवारों की तैनाती की जाएगी।
सहायक अध्यापकों के 834 और प्रवक्ताओं के 4200 पदों पर अतिथि शिक्षकों की भर्ती की जाएगी। नियुक्ति पाने वाले शिक्षकों को 15 हजार रुपये मानदेय दिया जाएगा।
अभ्यर्थी रिक्त पदों की संख्या को देखकर उनके अनुसार आवेदन कर सकते हैं। 22 दिसंबर तक आवेदन का समय दिया गया है। इसके बाद सॉफ्टवेयर खुद ही मेरिट तैयार कर जिलावार सूची जारी कर देगा। इस सूची के आधार पर ही रिक्त पदों पर अतिथि शिक्षकों की तैनाती की जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया निशुल्क है। अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति नियमित शिक्षकों की भर्ती होने तक के लिए की गई है।
पिछले वर्ष पहली बार अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति केवल 89 दिनों के लिए की गई थी, जिसे प्रदर्शन के आधार पर आगे बढ़ाया जाना था। इस बार कोर्ट के आदेश पर इस प्रावधान को समाप्त कर दिया गया है। इसके स्थान पर स्थाई व नियमित नियुक्ति होने तक की शर्त रखी गई है।

Recruitment process of 5034 guest teachers has started. The education department has issued an advertisement for 5034 vacancies on Tuesday. The teachers who get the appointment will be given an honorarium of 15 thousand rupees. Education director RK Kunwar told that 834 Post of LT and 4200 posts of Lecturers will be recruited for the guest teachers. He said that the application process will be started on Education Portal from December 13 to 22 Dec.
Applications can be made on vacant posts from December 13 to 22
Candidates can apply from December 13 to December 22. After that, the selected candidates will be deployed on the basis of merit. The details of the subject wise vacancies in all 13 districts will also be available on the portal. Candidates can apply according to the number of vacancies. Education Director R K Kunwar aslo told that the last date of application is Dec 22. After this the Application software itself will produce the merit and issue district wise list. On the basis of this list, guest teachers will be deployed on vacant positions. He told that the appointment process is totally free.
Guest teachers will be able to work till regular teachers are appointed
The recruitment process is totally free of cost. On December 6, Uttarakhand Education Minister Arvind Pandey assured that the recruitment process of Guest Teachers will be started within 15 days. Guest teachers have been appointed till the recruitment of regular teacher has been done. For the first time last year, the appointment of guest teachers was done for only 89 days, which was to be carried forward on the basis of performance. This time the order has been abolished on the order of the court. The condition has been fixed till permanent appointment of regular teacher.
How to Apply for the Post
Interested candidates can apply by online through the official website of Uttarakhand Education Department i.e. www.schooleducation.uk.gov.in from 13 Dec at 08:00 am. The details of the subject wise vacancies in all the 13 districts will also be available on the portal. Candidates can apply according to the number of vacant posts.
