सीरत ने नहीं छोड़ी थी IAS बनने की उम्मीद, टीचर से बनी 'अफसर'

कहते हैं अगर कुछ शिद्दत से ठान लिया जाए तो कोई भी चीज़ नामुमकिन नहीं होती। बस जरूरत होती है उम्मीद बनाए रखने की। इलाहाबाद की सीरत फातिमा ने तो इन लाइनों को चरित्रार्थ कर दिया है। टीचर की नौकरी, फिर शादी और घर-परिवार के बीच सीरत ने आईएएस बनने का ख्वाब संजोए रखा। उसे उम्मीद थी कि वह आईएएस बनेगी और आखिरकार अपने चौथे प्रयास में सीरत ने वह उपलब्धि हासिल कर ली। सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के रिजल्ट घोषित होने के बाद इलाहाबाद की शीरत फातिमा को 810 वीं रैंक मिली है और वह आईएएस बनने में सफल हुई हैं।

सीरत फातिमा के बारे में

 सीरत फातिमा मूल रूप से इलाहाबाद के जसरा के पवर गांव की रहने वाली है। हालांकि एक दशक से वह इलाहाबाद के करेली इलाके में अपने परिवार के साथ रहती हैं। सीरत के पिता अब्दुल गनी इलाहाबाद के मेजा तहसील में लेखपाल के पद पर तैनात हैं और मां गृहणी हैं। सीरत फातिमा ने घूरपुर के सेंट मेरीज कॉन्वेंट स्कूल से शुरूआती पढ़ाई की है।

इलाहाबाद यूनिवर्सिटी से स्नातक 

इलाहाबाद यूनिवर्सिटी से बीएससी की पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद सीरत ने बीटीसी किया और मौजूदा समय में सरकारी टीचर के पद पर कार्यरत है। दो भाई बहनों में बड़ी सीरत पिछले 31 दिसंबर को ही विवाह के बंधन में बंध गई थी। सीरत का विवाह इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में आरओ के पद पर तैनात आदिल के साथ हुआ है। इलाहाबाद के नुमायाडीह कौड़िहार में प्राथमिक स्कूल में सीरत बेस्ट टीचरों में गिनी जाती हैं और उनकी छवि को अब चार चांद लग गए हैं।

कैसे मिली सफलता
सीरत फातिमा ने आईएएस बनने का ख्वाब ग्रेजुएशन के साथ ही पाल लिथा था। फातिमा जब बीटीसी कर रही थी उसके साथ ही वह सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की भी तैयारी करने लगी। उन्हें तैयारी में काफी दिक्कतें आ रही थी, क्योंकि घर पढ़ाई और तैयारी के साथ सामंजस्य बिठाना आसान नहीं था। लेकिन घर से मिले सपोर्ट के कारण सीरत रुकी नहीं और बीटीसी करने के बाद उनका चयन टीचर के पद पर हो गया। इस बीच सीरत आईएएस एग्जाम में बैठी, लेकिन उन्हें दो बार सफलता नहीं मिली। लोक प्रशासन का विषय के साथ लगातार तीसरी बार भी परीक्षा देने के बाद जब सीरत को सफलता नहीं मिली तो घरवालों ने सीरत को शादी कर लेने की सलाह दी। हालाँकि सीरत कुछ और समय चाहती थी, लेकिन परिजनों के इच्छा के अनुरूप उन्होंने शादी कर ली और पिछले दिसंबर में ही वह शादी के बंधन में बंधी थी। सीरत चौथी बार फिर से आईएएस के एग्जाम में बैठी और आखिरकार उनका आईएएस बनने का ख्वाब पूरा हो गया।
