Army Bharti in Banbasa (Kumaon) – 24 Sept to 30 Sept 2018

Indian Army has released notification for the conduct of Open Army Bharti Rally in Banbasa from 24 Sept to 30 Sept 2018 for the youth of Kumaon region. Indian Army has schedule the open bharti recruitment rally at Banbasa for the candidates of Bageshwar, Almora, Udham Singh Nagar & Nainital districts. Schedule & location for open bharti for Pithoragarh & Champawat is from 24 Dec to 29 Dec 2018 at Gen B C Joshi Army Public School, Pithoragarh. Army recruitment rally in Banbasa will be start from 24 Sept to 30 Sept 2018 for various posts like Soldier GD, Soldier Clerk, Soldier Tradesman & Technician.

ndian Army recruitment rally will be held at Military Station, Haldwani from 24 Sept to 30 Sept 2018. This is a open bharti rally and all candidates of Kumaon region can participate.

Educational Qualifications

For General Duty : Minimum 10th Pass
For Tradesmen : Minimum 8th Pass
For Tech/ NA: Minimum 12th Pass OR Diploma

Age Limit :

For Soldier GD – 17.5 to 21 years
For Other Trades – 17.5 to Maximum 23 years

Selection Procedure

1. Physical Test
2. Education Qualification & Certificate checking
3. Medical Test
4. Written Test

Physical Standard

Physical standard will be as per height-weight ratio.

For General Duty : Minimum height is 166 cm (Sol GD & Tdn), 163 cm (Sol Tech/ NA) & 162 cm (Sol Clk/ SKT) and weight 48 kg .

Chest : 77 – 82 cm

Common Entrance Examination (CEE)

Written exam for all candidates of all categories will be held at Almora on 26 Nov 2017.
